What are CliftonStrengths?

Gallup’s research has distilled people’s gifts, abilities, and talents into 34 themes called the CliftonStrengths. Themes are essentially neutral, not labels. Taking the strengths assessment (an online test) helps you discover what you naturally do best. Think of your top ten strengths as your unique genius, what is brilliant about you. They are what energize you, fire you up, and inspire others.

You are infinitely unique

Each CliftonStrengths assessment is so unique, the chance that two people share the same top 5 strengths in the same order is 1 in 33 million. The chance that two people share the same top 6 strengths in the same order is an astonishing 1 in 1 billion. The chance that two people share the same 34 strengths in the same order is 1 in 131 billion. No one has the same strengths in the same order as you!

Strengths Coaching

FAQs

Our work together is meant to help you be authentically you, moving forward with confidence in all the areas of life that matter the most to you.

What is coaching like?

You begin by taking the CliftonStrengths assessment. There is a one-time cost for this. I have no affiliation with Gallup and do not receive commissions from referrals. However, having the results is key to getting started. Once you share your results with me, we will look at them together in a free initial session. From there, we can discuss options for further coaching if you are interested.

By combining the information from your assessment with various energizing and clarifying tools for self-mastery, I assist you in letting go of what no longer serves you. There is no need to “fix” your weaknesses.

In Taoist philosophy, mountains are a symbol of knowledge, self-cultivation, and feeling stronger within oneself.

We focus on what’s great about you

It’s time to

1) love who you uniquely are

2) develop your talents into strengths

3) come into alignment with your “why” so you can maximize your potential.

I want you to discover you are already enough, and see you thrive!

How old do you have to be?

I have seen people barely in their teens take the strengths assessment. A young person will “know” when they’re ready.

Seniors in their 70’s have received tremendous value from this work. I was first introduced to it at age 68, and it became life changing. I wish I had the empowerment of this knowledge as a young person. There is no doubt it would have profoundly impacted my life path.
